Some additional thoughts

Honestly, I can't believe how smooth this was to get set up. I signed up using PikaPods rather than Ghost(Pro) itself, just because I don't know how long your hiring process is, but I figure it's longer than the two-week trial, and this isn't meant to be a serious publication on its own.

From clicking sign up to writing a post was so quick. I didn't time it, but it had to be less than 5 minutes for sure, maybe even less than 2? Coming from WordPress land it's a little surreal.

Honestly, using the product has me even more fired up than reading your careers page, blog, or the job posting! This is great, and I'm sure I'm just scratching the surface here with this little site.

One potential improvement

One interesting little tidbit is that it took me a little while to figure out that I needed to use the markdown ### to get an h3. I tried /heading, /h3, /subheading, tried clicking the + and browsing the list, and eventually thought to try the ### since I had seen Markdown in the list.

Don't get me wrong, though, I love this editor! Your copy on the front-of-site says:

SMTP setup

Since I'm not using Ghost(Pro), I needed to set up SMTP to reset my password. The Mailgun free plan suited that need perfectly, and this guide here made it super easy! Thanks!
